By accessing and using the Bright Family Cleaning website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

#### 2. Use of Services
– You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
– You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
– Bright Family Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

#### 3. Purchases & Payments
– All purchases made on our website are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
– We accept major payment methods, and all transactions are securely processed.
– Prices are subject to change without notice.

#### 4. Returns & Refunds
– Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. If the notice if provided in less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of $50 is applied in order to cancel the service.
– Service fees, deposits, or payments for services already performed are generally non-refundable.
– If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will review the concern and, at our discretion, may offer a touch-up cleaning, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution.

#### 5. Limitation of Liability
Bright Family Cleaning is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

#### 6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
